- Citizens At-Risk Registration
- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. To ensure you are compliant with all Village of Oswego Building and Permit regulations, please be sure to follow the proper procedures and obtain the required permits when building, remodeling, and completing any of the following projects:

Important Note: Effective immediately the State of Illinois is requiring enforcement of an existing provision in the State of Illinois Plumbing Licensing Act that requires a letter of intent by the person or company performing plumbing work as part of a building permit application. Parking Permits
Parking permits, including Downtown Garage permits and overnight on-street parking exemptions, are handled by the Oswego Police Department. Visit the Parking page for more information and applications.
