Video Gaming Information
As of September 2024, the Village has 28 active gaming licenses in Oswego. Eleven of the licenses are held by gaming cafes, while the remaining licenses allow businesses including restaurants and gas stations to operate gaming machines. Gaming cafes are defined as establishments where the primary revenue source comes from gaming.

The Village receives 5% of the revenue from video gaming and collected $560,628 in 2023. Gaming revenue is deposited in the Village’s general fund.
