- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Economic Development Commission Minutes
Economic Development Commission
The primary purpose of the Economic Development Commission is to:
- Provide advice and expertise regarding the economic development program
- Review and formulate economic development marketing strategies
- Serve as a sounding board regarding concerns expressed by the business community
The Economic Development Commission meets six times a year.
Current Members
Representatives to the Economic Development Commission represent the interests of diverse sectors of Oswego's economy and bring unique perspectives and skill sets to help the Commission achieve its strategic goals. Current members include:

Meetings
Regular meetings of the Economic Commission on the first Wednesday of every other month at 7:00 PM in the Board Room of Village Hall at 100 Parkers Mill, Oswego, IL 60543.
Economic Development Commission meetings are livestreamed and archived for viewing. Note: Economic Development Commission meeting streaming started in February 2024.
