- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Village President Ryan Kauffman and Village Trustees will gather at Hunt Club Elementary School on Wednesday, November 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. for a meet and greet with residents.
Community members of all ages are welcome to attend and chat with Village leaders about current issues impacting their neighborhoods, as well as the switch to Lake Michigan water and Wolfs Crossing construction.
Refreshments will be served. Hunt Club Elementary School is located 4001 Hunt Club Dr. in Oswego. RSVPs are not required.
