- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Strategic Plan
The Village Board in February 2022 adopted a new strategic plan. The plan was created over the course of several special meetings of the Village Board in Fall 2021. The strategic priorities adopted in the plan set the course for the coming years. The plan includes specific objectives, key performance indicators, targets and initiatives in support of the strategic priorities. The Board will receive an update on Strategic Plan progress every six months during their regular meetings.
The 2022-2025 Strategic Plan adopts the following Strategic Priorities:
- Financial Stewardship
- Balanced Development
- Recruit and retain high-quality employees
- Well-maintained infrastructure
- Complete Wolfs Crossing
- A new water source
