Citizens At-Risk Registration
- Citizens At-Risk Registration
- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Lobbying
The Village of Oswego currently has contracts with two lobbying firms:
- Elevate Government Affairs, a federal lobbyist working on behalf of the Village of Oswego, the United City of Yorkville, the Village of Montgomery and Kendall County, in Washington DC, to extend Metra service to Kendall County and secure funding for an additional water supply for the region. Costs for this lobbying contract are split between Oswego, Yorkville, Montgomery and Kendall County. Read the full resolution.
- Kasper & Nottage, a state lobbyist working on behalf of the Village of Oswego, the United City of Yorkville, and the Village of Montgomery, in Springfield, on legislative issues shared by our communities. In addition, the Village is a member of the Metro West Council of Governments and the Will County Governmental League. The councils lobby on behalf of their members. The Village pays annual membership dues to Metro West Council of Governments and the Will County Governmental League. The amount of dues used for lobbying is unavailable:
