- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Lobby and Records Hours of Operation
The Oswego Police Department lobby is open to the public for service from 7:00am to 11:00pm Monday through Friday. The lobby is closed on the following holidays:

- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
