Parking in a handicapped-designated space without a handicapped license plate or placard is prohibited and subject to fine. Temporary handicapped parking placards are available to residents by contacting the Oswego Police Department at 630-551-7300.  Read full text.

Inoperable vehicles are considered a nuisance in the Village of Oswego. Residents have seven days to dispose of an inoperable vehicle after being notified that their vehicle has been deemed a nuisance. Read full text.

Noise is limited to 60 dBA between the daytime hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. and 55 dBA between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., unless a temporary waiver is granted. Read full text. 

The Village of Oswego prohibits on-street parking between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., with some exceptions.
