- Citizens At-Risk Registration
- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Beginning October 1, 2024, the Village of Oswego has adopted the following codes with local amendments:
- International Building Code 2021
- International Existing Building Code 2021
- International Residential Code 2021
- International Mechanical Code 2021
- National Electrical Code 2020
- Illinois Plumbing Code 2014
- Illinois Energy Conservation Code 2021 (State adopted 1/1/24)
- International Swimming Pool and Spa Code 2021
- International Fire Code 2021
- International Fuel and Gas Code 2021
- International Property Maintenance Code 2021
All submitted plans shall be signed and sealed by an Illinois registered design professional.
