TIF Joint Review Board

THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED REMOTELY AND BROADCAST AT THE LINK PROVIDED BELOW In accordance with the Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1, et seq.) this meeting will be conducted by audio or video conference without a physically present quorum of the Joint Review Board (“JRB”) due to the disaster declaration issued by Governor Pritzker related to COVID-19 and public health concerns affecting the State and the Village. Each JRB member participating by audio or video conference is considered present at the meeting for purposes of determining a quorum and participating in all proceedings. The JRB Chairperson finds that it is neither prudent or practical for an in-person meeting due to public health concerns related to disaster. JRB members, Village staff, and the Village attorney may not be physically present due to the disaster. Likewise, in-person attendance by the public is not feasible due to the disaster; however, the public may observe and participate in the meeting using the information below. • Public comments can be submitted in advance of the meeting by 9:00 a.m. on December 14, 2020 via email to rzenner@oswegoil.org or by leaving a message at 630-551-2330. All public comments received in advance of the meeting will be read aloud at the meeting.

• Give your comment live by phone. Contact Rod Zenner via email at rzenner@oswegoil.org or by leaving a message at 630-551-2330 by 9:00 a.m. on December 14, 2020. Leave your name, address and phone number. Staff will call you during the meeting and put you on speakerphone so you can provide your comment live. Please be by your phone when the meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. Staff will let the phone ring four times before moving on to the next speaker. Members of the public observing the meeting remotely are otherwise placed on mute for the meeting.

To help maintain an orderly meeting, public comments will not be accepted through the Zoom meeting except for the two means noted above.
