- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Rescheduled Community Kauffee with Village President Ryan Kauffman

Due to the winter storm, this event has been rescheduled to January 20.
Oswego residents are invited to attend the first Community Kauffee with Village President Ryan Kauffman at 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 20 in the Police Department's community room located at 3355 Woolley Road.
Coffee and breakfast treats will be served at 8:30 a.m. President Kauffman will share information about the Village’s finances and answer questions at 9 a.m.
