- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Attend our open house on the new water source from 5 to 7 p.m. on January 17 at Village Hall, 100 Parkers Mill in Oswego.
Elected officials and staff will be available to discuss the connection to Lake Michigan water in 2027, as well as new utility rates. If you would like more information on how your utility bill will be affected, bring in your summer 2023 bill.
