- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Oswego Community Yard Sale
- Date: 06/02/2023 (all day)
Oswego's Community Yard Sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, June 2, and Saturday, June 3, rain or shine.
See the graphic below for participating addresses. Registration for the sale has passed, however you may still have a yard sale.

GUIDELINES/EXPECTATIONS

WEATHER: Hosts should exercise their own discretion regarding when to open or close their yard sale, including in the case of extreme weather.

PUBLICITY: The Village of Oswego’s role is solely in advertising and publicizing the event. The Village will advertise the yard sale on www.oswegoil.org, its social media platforms and a full-page ad in the Oswego Ledger on Thursday, June 1. Deadline to be included in the ad was May 21.

The Village does not provide signs, assistance for set-up, operation or clean-up.

Please note:

A permit is not needed to host a garage sale.

Signs may not be posted on utility posts or street signs.

No more than TWO signs are allowed on your property.

Remove all signs at the close of the sale.
