- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Senior Oswegoans, connect with your community at Coffee and Conversation on Saturday, June 25 at 9 a.m. at Oswego's new Ella Dog Park, 100 Theodore Drive, Oswego (next to the Public Works facility.)
Join Oswego Village President Troy Parlier for the opportunity to check out the new dog park and ask questions about what’s happening around town.
