- Citizens At-Risk Registration
- The Citizens at Risk (C.A.R.) program is designed to allow residents who may be at a greater risk of becoming confused, lost, disoriented, or missing to be registered with the Oswego Police prior to an emergency. Annual School Day Zone Parking Permit Application
It shall be unlawful for the driver or owner of any vehicle to park any vehicle, or to permit any vehicle to be parked, on school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. in Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 3, Zone 4, or Zone 5, except in an emergency or as otherwise exempt under Village Ordinance 9-4-10.
Zone Permits are available for purchase for Village of Oswego residents who do not live within a particular Zone in which they would like to park. Please fill out application below to apply.
