63 W. Washington
Development Partner Wanted!
This Village of Oswego is seeking a development partner for the Village-owned land site at 63 W. Washington Street in the downtown business district. This is a prime investment opportunity to acquire a key property is Oswego's ongoing downtown redevelopment, which has seen millions of dollars of reinvestment over the last 3 years. Incentives may also be available for the right user/developer. A restaurant use is highly desirable to complement the current activity in downtown Oswego, drawing in evening restaurant goers and downtown residents.
Based on previous studies, the site can accommodate up to a 7,500 SF building, depending on layout. The above preliminary architectural rendering shows what a restaurant building could look like at the site. Click here to view a conceptual site plan
The 63 W. Washington site features heavy daytime and evening foot traffic. It is located across the street from 280 brand new, high-end apartment units. The site is also located less than a mile from the Route 34 major commercial corridor which has daily traffic counts of over 44,000 vehicles per day. The street view of the site can be found below.
